The stop is really confusing and lacks even basic signage. When approaching the stop from the Ball Arena side, it appears you have to climb the concrete stairs to access the station, but access is actually hiding behind that staircase. Additionally, the platform has a center section and two side sections, but there's no signage indicating which side is for loading and which is for unloading. Turns out you load and unload from the center, regardless of which direction you're going. If you're on the wrong side, the doors won't open, and you'll miss your train. Finally, there's not a place to validate your pass at this stop, unlike other RTD train stations. Where do we validate?

Read moreRTD service has gone way, way, way down. We tried using the light rail for the Nuggets game last night. And it was a horrible experience. On the way to the game, the train was 12 minutes late. The light rail used to be reliable.
But the real horror was the trip home. The train after the game was 25 min late, so we were standing at the station for 40 minutes waiting.
Then we both had to change trains, so we get off at Osage to wait for 2 different trains. One was 25 min late and the other was 30 min late.
It took me 2 hours to get home 5 miles away on what should have been a 15-20 min trip if the schedules were accurate.
