I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Chadwick at the Honorary German Consulate in Denver, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his exceptional support. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and genuinely attentive. I was facing a unique situation, and Chadwick went above and beyond to help me navigate it with ease. His ability to listen, communicate clearly, and treat me with respect and empathy made a world of difference during a stressful process.

I have also had wonderful interactions with Karina during previous appointments. She, too, has been consistently kind, helpful, and professional. It’s clear that both Chadwick and Karina care deeply about the people they assist.

I have gone here for my oldest daughters passport in March and again in November for my youngest. Both times I have received excellent service, even when my oldest daughters father was not able to be here. I am almost tempted to say the lady doing the paperwork is more efficient than a german Amt! People need to do their part and have all necessary documents, copies and payments! You always get prompt returned phone calls or messages and are told exactly what you need to bring and what your options are. Love this place, the location and service and hope we won't ever have to go anywhere else! Thank you for all the help...

Excellent experience! I was expecting the usual "legendary" German bureaucracy, but my experience was the exact opposite. Elke is extremely friendly and helpful. She even patiently humored me and let me do as much of the process as I could in my rusty German. :o)

If you're in a town with no consulate, do your self a favor and come to Denver instead of going to the actual consulate in...
