Holding our wedding reception at Uncle Tim's was the best decision we could have made (besides getting married). We could not rave more about or recommend this place enough -- we had so many guests ask that night how we found this location. The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly. The cocktails that the venue came up with for our celebration were a total hit and so beautifully curated. Our party had ~90 people and the space was very comfortable with plenty of space for people to roam. We also loved having the smaller speakeasy-like tasting rooms for people to duck into for quieter discussions. We brought in a food truck along with a coffee cart and Uncle Tim's worked so nicely with them to accommodate what our other vendors needed. We thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the Uncle Tim's staff -- they were so flexible, fun, and understanding. They felt like friends. We can't wait to go in for comedy nights and other weekly events, but are really hoping that our friends have their future parties/receptions at Uncle Tim's Cocktails so we can relive how awesome everything was! Thank you Tim, Brigitte, Maddie, Patrick, and all of the phenomenal bartenders and staff -- this night was the best night of our lives. Love, Chandler...

Quirky little place. Their main business is pre-mixed cocktails, but they also open up as a tasting room and bar.

Drink: We had a flight of their pre-mixed Negronis and a flight of their Manhattans. Both tasted good, leaning into the bitter side of things; not quite my cuppa, but quality stuff. My wife insisted on trying the hand-mixed chilli peach marg, and I was astonished at how good it was, the flavors beautifully integrated, spicy and sweet in perfect complement and harmony. I would go back for just that drink.

Service: We were there at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, and were the only folk there for the drink tasting (they were setting up for a comedy show in the back warehouse/loading area). The person manning the bar was friendly and attentive, deserving and getting a decent tip.

Ambiance: The "light industrial office space" vibe clashes a bit with the "homey decorated tasting rooms" (ours of which would have seated up to 8). A bit odd, but nice.

Overall, while the pre-mixed weren't my faves, I could imagine others liking them. And the one drink we got fresh from the bar was excellent. I could see bringing some...

We hosted our wedding this past October at Uncle Tim's Cocktails and what can be said besides this place is absolutely magical for any special event. If you are looking for a place that will; work with your dreams and vision, serve amazing cocktails, is flexible with other vendors, and provides an ambiance that is equivalent to a classy speakeasy.... This place is for you. My husband and I cannot be more blessed to have had the privilege of hosting our special day at this location. Additionally, we want to give a personal shout out to MJ, Uncle Tim's own Event Coordinator, or more like it Mary Poppins! MJ is willing to make you feel special, seen, and he will work with you before, during and after the event to make the day beautiful and memorable.
