Seriously.. I work in customer service and I know how much I despise poor reviews, but this one needs to be heard. I was in the store a few minutes before closing last night picking up a postmates order. The line was out the door and I had never been there so I was excited to see what it was all about if that many people were there. At 9:20, they decided to shut all the outside lights off. I understand trying to wrap up, but one girl in particular was extra nasty toward and in front of customers. I saw Delaney stop what she was doing TWICE to glare at people walking in the door and mumble profanities under her breath within earshot of myself and another customer. I was appalled at how unprofessional she was. When she finished with her customer, she told another girl they would have to help the new customers because she was too upset/irritated. Then, at 9:31, a couple walked in excited to get some dessert and this girl had the nerve to tell them that the store was closed and they had to leave. I wasn’t even finished getting my order made at this point! How long does it take to make two ice cream cones and politely remind people of your closing time?! So, whoever owns this store, beware of how your employees are treating the customers that contribute to your livelihood. I am really interested in trying your product myself, but not when I see the things I saw last night. Shame...

Great Ice cream here but our group had a very unpleasant experience tonight. We got in line at 9:45pm, they close at 10pm. The person in front of us in line told us that the staff had actually told him that the line would end at their group. Fair enough and I totally totally understand the hard work the entire staff may have put in the whole day. But we were last in line, no one else after us what so ever! So we just stayed since it quite made sense, we got in to the store but were asked to leave. They could easily serve one additional tiny group for the night, especially since we had a couple kids that unfortunately were very disappointed. My husband and I recommend the place to our friends and took them there tonight since we’re in the vicinity. But alas, we were sent back and asked to leave the store. So so disappointing! If there were more people after us, it’d make sense to ask us and the rest to leave since that would add up so much time. But it was just us!
