Extremely misleading tipping policy. They advertise being "tip free", but all that actually means is they add a non-optional 18% tip without telling you. That's just a hidden fee. If you're advertising no tips, then build the fair wages into your prices, not a hidden fee. We also thought the ice cream wasn't too great, and were a bit sad about there not being really any seating inside. The pictures show a bunch of really fun ice cream shakes and Sundays in nice glasswear, so we thought it would be a nice sit down milkshake bar kind of place, but it turned out to be just another grab and go place. It's a little hard to see between the awnings, but its right next to the Luxe Kitchens store. I absolutely loved this shop. Its a little bare, but I like the minimalism. (Less to clean.) The prices are a bit high, but I can guarantee that you've never had any of their flavors. It was so unique and so tasty. I loved the Ruby port ice cream I got, and my partner got the Huckleberry's cold brew, ugh heaven. Staff was amazing too. We had asked what the best seller was and the answer was “You can get any flavor you want” we sampled the flavors, picked what we wanted and had it made into a milkshake. Honestly the milkshakes just tasted like milk, they lost all the flavor from the ice cream. This is very disappointing considering they are nearly $12 shakes. I would say the prices are way too high and the end product is disappointing. The environment inside was pretty drab, fairly dark and plain. I certainly will never be coming back.
