I was really disappointed to walk into this cute shop and learn they rarely carry items in size Medium and Large. After noticing only XS and smalls were hanging on the rack, I asked the sales associate (who was very kind by the way) if they kept additional sizing in the back. She told me they very rarely have sizes bigger than XS and S in stock because the owner doesn’t order them. I would have loved to try on some items, but there were no options for me, nor are there for the majority of women. I left feeling shocked that this is how clothing boutiques are operating in this day and age. I will not be shopping here, mostly because nothing will fit me, and because it’s disappointing to see such a lack of inclusivity. You’ve lost out on a customer in your neighborhood who would’ve come time and time again....

Covered is my FAVORITE store to shop in hands down! They have a great array of funky, fashionable and fun trendy styles I don’t see anywhere else from top designers and jewelry made by local artists—most important too their prices won’t hurt...

Tara, the owner, misrepresented the item at the time of sale. When I came back the next day she was very rude and did not want to resolve the issue in anyway. Would not do a return or store credit. Bad customer service and...
