Unfortunate as the staff at this store have been better than the rating reflects, but when your products don't stand up its kind of moot.

Purchased a men's meteorite wedding ring in June of 2017 for an Oct wedding. Within one week of our wedding (and me starting wearing it) had to return for 6 weeks of servicing due to quality issues. This would be the first of FOUR issues with the ring, (two currently) within 18 months. David Yurman is a premium brand that charges a premium price, but unfortunately I have had more issues with my ring than many of my friends/family who purchased items at 1/10th the cost. Hope that their customer service does what's right, but frankly with 4 issues in 18 months, I'm not sure what the solutions is. One year ago this week for Valentines Day I bought a beaded bracelet from David Yurman. My mother and sister have bought DY for years and I started buying my wife DY jewelry as well. I’ve always loved the jewelry, but the bracelet I bought for my wife as a Valentine’s Day gift has broken two times now and each time David Yurman has charged us hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. I was considering buying an expensive men’s watch for myself from DY, but considering they will not stand behind their products and fix failed clasps without charging their loyal customers, I will no longer be purchasing any David Yurman jewelry that has a clasp or anything else that could break, where I’d have to keep paying for it. Do not buy from them if you want your jewelry to last. I am so disappointed with DY! My wife and I have purchased numerous pieces from them over the last 10 years and after this latest purchase/service, we will never return. My wife bought me a necklace for Christmas 2022 and by April 2023 the clasp broke. When we took it in they assured us that it would be fixed for free as it was only a few months old. Well that was a lie! They made us pay $95 when we picked it up. For the price of their jewelry you’d think it would have better quality or at least fixed for free when it broke so quickly.
