I would not even give it 1star if I had the 0 option! They have terrible customer service! Today, Sunday April 15th 2018, I went around 2pm with my family to have a nice lunch but that was ruined from the front door! I was with my elderly parents, my 4 month old baby and my husband who dropped us off in front to go park the car. We were greeted by the hostess at their front enterance by a girl who looked like a teenager with very excessive makeup and terrible cocky attitude! She asked how many and I stated 4 adults and a baby to which she replied : ā Do you mean 3 and a baby?ā . I continued āno, we will be 4 adults and a babyā. She then rudely continued āWhat?, the baby needs a menu?ā to which I wanted to tell her āno, you dummy, the baby can not readā BUT.. I kept my calm and stated again ā Itās 4 adults and a baby my husband is parking the car and he will be here in a couple minutesā. Then, she rolled her eyes and slammed 4 menus on the closest table to the entrance right in the middle of oncoming traffic, like literally 2-3 feet from the door! I asked for a booth since it would be easier with the baby to which she rudely replied that Iām not allowed with the stroller inside and I have to leave it at the door! A waitresss showed up and I though I would get better customer service from her, this is Cherry creek right? However, she kept saying that they are busy and the stroller would not fit! The place was more than half empty! My stroller is a compact fit newest model Chico that folds in half and can easily be stored even under the table if needed. I explained this to her but she still botched about the fact that I canāt go in with the stroller! I asked to talk to a manager and she kept ignoring me pretending she did not hear my request! Like I said, not family friendly and very very bad customer service! I also mentioned I am going to file a complaint and then she got scared! I just wanted to sit a booth and enjoy my meal with my family! I had to make my 70year old parents walk across the street to cherry creek restaurants to find another pizza place for lunch! We ended up eating at Patxis pizza on 2nd and Steele which was delicious and probably also less expensive! We were greeted by very professional and pleasant personnel and we were seated at a booth right away and even offered a sling for our car seat not even asking for one! That is what I call great customer service! You should be ashamed of your behavior CPK ladies in Cherry Creek! I used to be a loyal customer prior to my baby and now you have spoiled it! Ā Ā Ā Read moreit was bad, what i believed to be a good experience ,was taken away by a :rude ,insensitive bartender by the name of :Benjamin. i used to be a server trainer, bartender trainer with various establishments , this guy failed on every level imaginable. if this store which i used to me to is doing bad i can see that with bad employees like this. he was not helpful and any way, yet across from me was a blond Caucasian women whom he gave the utmost service , even gave her free things , laughed with her , flirted with her and ,even conversated with her , and all that time he was rude , would not do the steps of service. i was not checked on, no refills on water never asked how the food was and even i had to ask for ever thing, he even let my drink run out??? . never said goodbye , he would disappear in the back was seen drinking in the back not give me food in time and even when i asked help on the :Bogo redemption , he was no help , said he knew nothing about it.one more thing i asked for some things while his hands were full to come back, he told me he did not want to make long trips to do that! all i could think about on how many other customers had bad experiences with the likes of this character? i had to tell this to the acting manager :Mr. Garcia from New Mexico, this location failed in as i told him i would not come back to this location, yet this sort of person should never be i a restaurant , due to his discriminatory ways to customers , the Bartender, not happy at all, yet the only thing that survived good was the food! the experience was a dismal failure due to one bad untrained actor.: Benjamin the Bartender! also there was only 10 people in the restaurant and me and the other women were at the bar, the one he favored to treat extraordinarily well!...

We sat 2ns aisle from the pizza oven where you can see all the action take place. However, this time not so great! the guys and 1 server with many tattoos on her and black hair just goofy around and on cell phone sharing pics i guess? nudging her and she would scream; laugh loudly! Alot of playing in that area with the 2 guys and her! not professional at all and very disturbing to us as guest! MOD also played a role in these antics and did not control the situation but, was part of! (Med. Build, some long hair and i think he had beard Brown Color? The Final straw for us during eating our meal was: Fruit Flies flying all over our table during our meal! We had to keep waving them off! Thought we were dining in another country with flies around us as we have experienced in our visits abroad. One more thing: as we were leaving near the Host checkin, my wife went to rest Room as i waited for her. One employee with Black med hair and Med Build was near the back table where i guess they roll up silverware and napkins. He stood there over this table taking of his top uniform or shirt and replace it with his own and other items from his backpack. Shaking his hair around this table with the silver ware! I think your policy should be Employees leaving or coming to work need to go to the restroom to get ready for work or for exiting or employee room? Anyway...we do like to come here for a change in food items in CC but, this time was no good for us! Hope you will investigate and take care of the items of concern that we witnessed on this recent visit! We will give it some time for you to solve this before we come back again in November....
