If I could I would give ZERO, please avoid being seeing by this PA (Alyssa Broatch) at all cost. The PA (Alyssa Broatch) introduced herself as a doctor when she first came in and acted like she made all the decisions and treatments. Only later after the procedure was completed by her, I was notified that she is not a doctor. The PA never discussed alternatives with me and never explained risks and benefits of the procedure. She rushed to do the procedure and told me that if it is delayed I could get infected and it will become worse. Doctor never came in to take a look at my infected area before the PA made the procedure. The PA never consulted with the doctor about my health issue before making any decisions in front of me. Doctor (J Matthew S Buchanan) only came in upon my request for second opinion and it was only after the procedure was done by Alyssa B(PA). He had nothing to say because by the time he came in, the PA cut up my vaginal multiple times and so he could not do anything about it. I think that I'd been used by that PA as a practice object because she insisted me on getting the procedure done that day otherwise She scared me and convinced me to get it done by saying that it can be life threatening and I can't been seen by obgyn for the next couple of months if procedure it not done that day. She made incisions too close to my vaginal opening, which I am very concerned because these cuts were very far from the cyst itself( like 4-5 cm apart). My cyst/vaginal area became even worse after this visit. Not only I am scared of doctors and PAs now, I am suffering physically, emotionally and mentally from this visit. Never in my life I was treated this poorly before. As a woman, I can't understand how she(pa) could be so cruel to another woman. I am very confused why she introduced herself as a doctor. If I had known that she was a Pa, I would have asked to be seen by the doctor; I have been lied by this person. The outcome of this visit is very very bad. I hope no women would be treated like I have been treated by this PA because I have been lied terribly and got played by this person. I think she and her skills need to be investigated and evaluated by...
Read moreMy experience here months ago was terrible. I walked in with knee pain. The "nurse" made me walk on my leg that was injured with no assistance and no wheelchair to the x-ray facility across the street. He walked fast and wouldn't help me or wait for me. He was so unprofessional. The other nurse who gave me the knee brace just looked at me, gave absolutely zero instruction on how to use and for how long and just walked away. I had a conversation with the head nurse who made excuses for him and felt that nothing was resolved.
I do think they miss major diagnosis and am still scared to come here. You might leave worse or need to come back because they missed a diagnosis.
I went back another time and was treated with unprofessionalism, again. A "nurse" took a sample of my throat and then THREW AWAY the test sample!! Later, I went back to my clinic and a was given antibiotics for a bacterial infection which weeks later I am still battling. I also placed a complaint in about her reckless behavior as I could've gotten diagnosed sooner and had less damage done to my lungs and intestines. The doc proceeded to tell me I can go back to work after my test results came back positive for flu! She wrote a note for me to miss ONE day of work and to wear a mask when I am at work. Well, I made my older colleagues sick even with a mask and that's when my bacterial infection worsened because my throat culture sample was THROWN AWAY! The doc was also kinda weird and made an uncomfortable and nasty comment: "I've heard of you" - if I wasn't so ill I would've asked her to proceed to tell me just what she's heard of me. A doc with this bedside manner should think seriously think about switching to optometry - not urgent care - seems too stressful for her.
This place continues to be unprofessional. I'm stuck with them because of my silly insurance.
Be careful when you here - if you HAVE to go here. Be vocal and really advocate for yourself and make sure those docs and nurses follow-up and follow protocol. You will have to manage up here. Only you can help you.
I won't even comment on the lack of compassion or understanding or...
Read moreSince I arrived to the adult urgent care center the attention was really quickly, The doctors, nurses and medical assistant are really a care takers , make me feel more comfortable under the circumstances of my ailments and situation in the moment. They are respectful, truly, patience, they’re with you to understand what it’s happening in your body in a urgent situation like I was experienced. I feel comfortable with the Dr. Drew and Daniel, explaining everything about my pain and symptoms; the assistant nurse was really careful when she was taking my blood test. After that they send me to the emergency room to provide me in the situation, with a complete diagnosis about my case to see if I need a surgery, because my withe blood cells present something that refers a infection, they want to be sure were was exactly the main problem. In the emergency room I have to expect like 2 hours for a room that day was really occupied, In that moment I feel confused, I asked in the front desks again in order to be helped because after 2 hours I star to feel more and more pain. Just want to say I understand after all that hours there expecting, because in the emergency area every one was really kind with me too, the nurses, the assistants that carried me from test to test, the doctors, the radiologist, the officers, every one was politely, helpful and have a good attitude, make me feel secure about my situation, that i was in good hands in the discomfort I’m experience. I want to say thanks again to all. Fortunately I don’t have nothing to require a surgical procedure, Now I’m in a treatment hopefully taking my prescription and recommendation i be recovered soon. That day was less stressful because a good team work in the...
