Usually the doctors are really nice at denver health, but I had an uncomfortable interaction with an xray technician. He kept asking me if I was wearing a bra not believing me which I would understand if I was a girl but I kept telling him I was trans and already had surgery so no i wasn't pregnant or wearing anything underneath, he worded it so wierd too. I pass pretty well but my legal name gave me away, though I'm pretty sure my preferred name is on my chart, it was never used. He kept calling me miss throughout the whole thing. Front desk team for my primary care doesn't know how to listen to instructions. They were supposed to send signed documents into my chart for CO leave that I need to get paid. Instead nobody did it and apparently they most likely just mailed the documents instead of scanned and mailed them. There needs to be a better job at communication for the burgundy side because this is ridiculous. I asked not only my doctor but she and the team at separate times confirmed they would do this. Now I have to wait for my doctor to be back in office for documents I needed since last week when they were signed. Honestly, please do better because this...
