Review Update - A big thank you to Margaret who worked utter magic via phone to make my transaction easier for me. I’m grateful for your time and kind offers. So excited to receive my purchase. Again - superior service from this store both times I have interacted. Every member of staff has surpassed expectations. ❤️❤️❤️ Oh wow - a big thank you to Tina and her equally gorgeous colleague - Vanessa I think? for providing the best experience I have ever experienced in a JL store/ counter. I’ve been to many over the years and it really sucks when it’s a hollow unemotional transaction. I visited on my birthday not knowing which fragrance I wanted. I was given so many helpful suggestions whilst at the same time my boys (who love fragrance and are aware of the brand) were treated beautifully in store. Both ladies made the visit an exciting experience for all of us, which is really rare for shoppers that make the effort to visit a store, these days. I recently , very excitedly visited the flagship store in London and had the polar opposite experience and made me not want to spend in store. Tina and Vanessa, thank you for keeping retail visits lively with your warmth and expertise. It was an experience that surpasses customer expectations which is not forgotten and creates a lot of value for the brand. Your management should be very proud of you. Read moreI am a fan of the product. My husband likes to bring me here for Christmas and I have a small collection. I went in today July 25th because I wanted to try the Cherry scent both employees greeted me one immediately grab the newest perfume and was proceeding to spray a sampler stick so I could smell it but I asked the room for the specific product and the gentleman was willing to look it up for me call around to see if anybody else has it and the lady that had the sampler stick said no we don't have it why don't you try this and she continued to interrupt and talk over the gentleman as clearly my body language was pointed towards him and I did not walk over to smell the sample that she was trying to present me she reminded me of a child trying to get Mom's attention finally I had to tell her I'm talking to this gentleman now luckily she went in the back had a giggle with whoever was in the back came back into the room working at the counter and made a muttering under her breath giving me the side eye. That's okay make a comment about my appearance I'm the one shopping. she made me feel uncomfortable so I make another purchase elsewhere in the mall of a Jo Malone product it's a small bottle but I'm excited to add it to my collection. Read moreI went into this store last night looking for a replacement of a perfume that was previously discontinued. One of the employees was trying to be helpful and confirmed that the new collection contained the perfume that I was looking for, while another employee told me they sold out and to just go to Nordstroms or Sephora. The employee that was trying to send me somewhere else told the helpful employee that offered to call me when they got more stock, to "shut up" very loudly. I am absolutely appalled by this behavior and can't believe employees are allowed to treat each other this way in front...
