Didn’t even make a purchase, as I was helping a friend locate a dealer who carried the Nomos brand. Nonetheless, I was so impressed with the service both myself and my friend received that I wanted to make sure it was not only recognized but lauded.

Being an enthusiast myself, I was eager to assist my friend in finding his dream watch when he pointed it out to me. So I reached out to Oster as they are one of the few Nomos dealers locally I could find. I inquired with Jeremy about the model I was trying to find and he was beyond helpful; answering my questions and advising me of the up to 3 month wait, which is ubiquitous for this particular piece. We left it at that until the next day when I received a text from him. Not only was Jeremy able to locate one of the watches, he went ahead and expedited delivery of it to his store so we could see it. So, what would have been a months long wait for anybody else, turned into my buddy having his dream watch on his wrist in less than a week. Incredible.

Now, anybody can sell a watch…but there are few people that genuinely love what they do and go the extra mile to support their customer’s passions. Jeremy is one of those individuals.

I know my next watch purchase will begin with Oster and I look forward to that day as I’ve now found a business I can trust and who values their clients.

I was looking for a rare Louis Erard x Alain Silberstein Khaki La Semaine for several months without any luck, even on the secondary market. I happened to resume my search yesterday afternoon after giving up weeks ago, and saw it listed on the Oster site. I did not hesitate to order it, as I knew it would not be available for very long. Shortly after I placed the order online, I was surprised to receive a call from Jeremy Oster himself, asking me if I needed the watch gift wrapped, and also to ensure that I would be home to sign for the watch, which he was offering to ship overnight to me in NY from Colorado at no extra charge. The watch was delivered by 10am this morning, less than 24 hours from the time I purchased it! Came across Oster as my local Audemars dealer looking for a Royal Oak Offshore watch. Trevor was informative and educated me on some of the features of the watch. The watch was new for 2017 and super hard to get. I could have purchased at a boutique in Vegas or another dealer in Dallas. Both locations didn't take me serious in what I was looking for. Oster didn't "pre-qualify" and treated me like a serious buyer. I decided to wait as I placed a deposit for a watch with a unknown delivery time. It took 5 months and I feel it was worth the wait. It was worth dealing dealing with people that worked with me on a fair price. It was worth waiting for the top notch customer service that I received.
