This is NOT a butcher shop. It is saddening and frustrating to see ‘butcher shops’ popping up that literally do zero butchering and are simply a room full of freezers with vacuum sealed meat. Their steaks are fine, over priced for what they are but not terribly. 95% of product in this store is frozen with the other 5% still vacuum sealed and refrigerated. No traditional meat case, no butchering taking place. The packages actually note that the butchering is done by a third party, not ‘Rugvy Scott.’ This is simply a location to buy their frozen meat butchered by someone else, somewhere else. The taste and quality has been good but please just be aware before making a trip this is certainly not a butcher as Google...

Be prepared to walk in the door and be treated like you’re an old friend to all of the lovely gentlemen that work here. Seriously, what a great first impression. I walked in here only because my bosses name is Scott, and he plays rugby. I walked out with a bunch of goodies and new friends.

The quality of what they’re carrying is unmatched, and they also have some really cool options for the gourmand home-chef as well. I even picked up some treats for my dog!

They set me up with a cute little freezer bag to preserve my purchases for a hot day driving around town.

I don’t even live close by, but they made me a customer for life. Thanks guys, can’t wait to come back for...
