I love this place, I go every week and I never had a problem in so many years. I was not aware of their schedule so I went today after work at 4:50 and they close at 5pm. As soon as I walked in one of the girls (short, blonde, round forehead and nose piercing) looked at me raising her eyebrows and acted unbelievably rude. Apparently she needed to leave and a new costumer was too much for her. She didn't even prepare my coffee, the other girl did and she was really nice, she just took my payment not even looking at me and of course avoiding any please or thank you. My mornings would suck without Ink! to give me something to look forward to. Best customer service I’ve ever...

Ink can be a fun place for relaxed, expensive coffee to enjoy on their nice patio if you’re not in a hurry. But it’s not a place to grab a quick coffee to go.
As other reviewers have mentioned the breakfast burritos are completely inedible. They’re served after being re-warmed in a microwave are just gross- filled with under seasoned and undercooked...
