Union Station — Local services in Denver

This is a covered train platform with 4 tracks. If you think you are going to an actual train station, think again. The train station was taken over by a hotel and commercialized (I know, I know...shocker here in America!) You may get dropped off at the Crawford Hotel by a ride share, so note that, especially in the off hours, there is little to no guidance and you'll have to walk all the way around to the back side of the building. There's no Arrivals/Departures board. There are no announcements. Signage is poor. Restrooms are often locked. If going to the airport, buy a ticket beforehand using a ticket vending machine and your train most likely leaves from track 1. There might be an app to buy a ticket as well, but again little to no information available, even when consulting the RTD...
