I did not feel safe in this house. Someone or a group of people used a code to get in while we were at the beach and went it and rambled through our things and stole $280 out of my purse..The police were contacted and interviewed a neighbor who saw the man pretending to sell or install light bulbs knock on the door, go back and wait in his car for a few minutes, then enter with a code. I have tried to contact the owner, but the management team would not give out any information.. The management team did not seem concerned at all. I feel the owner needs to know how their property is being abused.. if you are around this area 73 Stingray Street (Bahama Breeze) please be aware that your family and things may not be safe..due to someone giving out the code to the wrong person or people..I hope the owner sees this post, because I know you have invested a lot of money in this property...
