Grand Caribbean West — Hotel in Destin

we come here all the time and honestly i have to say staying at the grand caribbean west will never happen again. they say they honor disabled but yet there’s no elevators so you guys obviously don’t. i was just informed the hot tubs been out for 5 months and they won’t fix it and quite literally stinks. supposed to have 4 grills but ones broken and only have 2 picnic tables so last night we couldn’t grill because they were all occupied, of course besides the broken one. and we tried to call up to add a day on and moana said no to wait until we checked in for us to check in and them give the room to someone else when it was open the first time we asked. emailed 2 pool codes and none of them worked so we called and the lady gave us around 5 codes that still did not work. don’t charge people so much money for amenities that DONT WORK. and also have it POSTED ON THE WEBSITE. for everyone else’s i recommend grand caribbean east, they have really good up keep and we’ve never had an issue...

Very low key place yet in the middle of everything. Beach access was so close away and was walkable with ease. Literally minutes away from Destin Commons with so much to do and eat there. Not top of the line. Some minor issues with light bulbs not working but very close to the beach. As I didn’t pay not sure if it’s worth the rent, but all 10 of stayed here comfortably.
