Absolutely Disappointing Experience with Gucci Online

I ordered a Gucci belt online, and while the first one arrived in perfect condition, the size was too big. After exchanging it for a smaller size, I was shocked by the poor quality of the replacement. The metal logo was covered in black spots, completely different from the clean, flawless one I originally received. To make matters worse, the packaging was a disaster. The box was falling apart, barely held together by weak adhesive. The papers inside were crumpled, and the tote bag had what appeared to be pink nail polish or ink stains—completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury brand.

When I contacted Gucci, instead of making the process easier, they required me to report the belt to their warehouse before they would even allow me to return it. Once that was finally taken care of, I had to reorder the belt myself. This time, it arrived in good condition, but it was missing the card with the QR code—yet another example of their lack of attention to detail.

I added pictures, but they don’t even do justice to how bad the damage looked in person. The quality control at Gucci is clearly lacking, and for the price they charge, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Horrible online shopping...

Never coming here again. Horrible experience. Came in about a month ago to have my bag repaired and was assured that the repair would not be done unless the could replace the bag with the exact same strap. I was assured in person and via email that my bag was going to be replaced with the exact same strap. It was not. It was replaced with a much shorter strap. I have several pictures and videos wearing my bag. It used to hang to my knees. Now the drop is barely past my waist. The manager gas lit me telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, then told me I was going to get a refund, then said he would see about it.... he's extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about upset customers whatsoever. He said I didn't have to show him a picture because he didn't want to see clear evidence that IT WAS NOT THE SAME FREAKING STRAP!!!!!!!!!! Horrendous customer service experience I will not be returning to this store...
