Lumber Liquidators — Local services in Douglasville

I purchased my materials and installation through llflooring in November. I paid extra at the time of installation for them to level the floors before installing. It is now August and they have yet to come out and finish the job. I have called and emailed at least once a week and I am promised a call back but have received nothing in return. I was promised twice that's someone would be coming out on two separate occasions just to wait around all day and no one shows up. The boards have lifted up, there's areas unlevel, they did not caulk any of the nail holes, they did not finish the half round, and they left the adhesive all over the flooring. My last communication I informed then I would need some kind of information on when someone would be out to look at it or I would be seeking legal counsel. I have still not heard back. I had no issues with purchasing the materials in the store but I could never imagine how awful an ordeal just getting the floors done and done...

The store in douglasville is understaff. They have good variety of wood for flooring. I waited with a couple of people to ask a few question. The customer rep says i will be with you shortly. After a while of waiting.... the other customers left. And me and my family left. While heading to the car we saw the customer rep getting out of his car with a cup of coffee heading to the store. We've done two flooring projects with them. Firstly, all of their flooring is consistently higher quality than Lowe's or home Depot in our area (both in appearance and, more importantly, in durability and water resistance). Secondly, when they run sales they're VERY good sales. Thirdly, everyone is super nice and extremely helpful.
