Topps Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Douglasville

We stopped in to shoot a game of pool and have a drink and it was only about an hour before they closed. We waited by the pool tables for a server who never came!! So we asked another server and she called for Christy, I believe was her name, who was at a table in the back conversating with a group of gentleman, and had to be called 3 times before she acknowledged that she had customers waiting. Then before she went to get our drinks she checked on other patrons who were already served and it was about 15 minutes before we got our drinks from her!! It took her so long to get the drinks, my friend had already went to the bar and got drinks and brought them back before this server was able to get them. This is very unsatisfactory service!! She was not friendly and she acted as if we were interrupting her conversation with the table of gentleman. She was in no hurry to wait on us but she was quick to bring the check and made a big ordeal about us paying her the 8$ tab so she could close out her tickets for the night!! She also was not very nice about the transaction, acting as if we didn't want to pay her, as we had 2 tickets, one with the bartender who was very friendly and quick to get our drinks and not insistent that we pay her immediately! But the waitress made it known that we had a ticket with her as well and pointed out that she had brought us drinks while we got drinks from the bar!! we got our drinks from the bar after ordering from her, but instead of getting our order, she was worried about other patrons that already had drinks and had probably been waiting on her as well while she was too busy in conversation with a certain table that she couldn't seem to pull away to assist customers in her section!! Totally not good service and very rude attitude towards someone that had left this same waitress a 50$ tip on a previous visit!! I think she owes us some change on that tip because she was clearly not worthy of a tip at all and that's what she got on...

First and formost i gave this establishment the stars i did based off 3 individuals (popcorn, jen and sophie) these people are the reason i keep coming back if it wasnt for them i dont know how id feel popcorn is a wonderful bartender and really passionate about her job. Jen one of the finest waitresses ive had the pleasure of serving me shes always on top of her game and the energy and vibe she puts off is contagious and the customers really notice this you couldnt ask for better becasue topps already has the best within jen shes s blessing. Sophie wooowwwwzerssss what an amazing voice when she sings and the up beat vibe she has is nothing but amazing. Once again these individuals are the reason i come back. The ownership should really show these individuals the appreciation they deserve if they dont already. Cause they in my opion is what makes...

My friends and I went to Topps after dinner for some drinks. The servers were very friendly. The atmosphere was great, but there were only a couple of things that weren't great. It took a while for us to get our drinks, and a couple of my friends had mistakes with the orders. The well-done burgers were pink in the middle. Overall, I don't hold it against them. The food was corrected, and all mistakes were handled in a timely manner. I only drink beer, so you can't really mess that up. The prices were fantastic and overall I would go back. We loved our server, Jamie. She was friendly and made us feel like we had known her forever. Well, She did actually know one member of our party, but we all loved her!
