10/4/2020 between the hours of 1:30pm-2:15pm I went into this store on hwy 5 and made contact with a representative named Shasha. I advised the representative that I wanted to port over a line from At&t to my t mobile account (initially adding a new line and getting a new phone for my wife) . Apparently there was a miscommunication and the representative ported the number over from att on to one of my existing lines ,causing the line to be cancelled . The representative also was short with me and made me stand a great distance from her while attempting conduct business. She ported my wife’s number over to my phone causing my phone to act as my wife’s phone. She instructed me after talking with a unknown person over the phone that it would take 12-24 hours for my phone number to come back. After I left the store some moments later I contacted T-Mobile customer support and finally got my existing line back on my phone. Now the problem is my wife number was ported and cancelled from At&t. She was not able to use her phone. So I’m going to another T-Mobile store to attempt to get this resolved . My wife is a front line worker and has no cell phone access due to this huge mistake done by the representative. I’m big on customer service and if you make a mistake you have to be able to own it and try your hardest to correct it. I absolutely love T-Mobile and I’ve never had a issue with them until I came into that store. Just make sure you be very clear on what you want if you choose to use...
Read moreT-Mobile is a joke! Went into the store and talked with a guy over plans and phones. I was worried about getting service at my house being I live out in the woods. He then showed me the coverage map and insured me that I wouldn’t have any problems in my area. I then went in a couple days later and traded in 3 phones for the new iPhone 12. Came straight home after doing so and had no service what so ever. I immediately called customer service and then the store to get my old phones back so I could go to someone that worked for me. Customer service told me that it would be no problem to do that, then after talking to the store they told me that was not possible and they would have to talk to the district manager. After go round and round with the store for a week now, they told me they could not get ours phones back and that they would write a check for our old phones (which is way less than what they are worth). I then went into the store today and talked to a employee that told me that he couldn’t help me that I would have to talk to the manager who would be there at 3. I then went in at 3 and the manager was still not there. I’m still waiting for a response with a resolution and I am absolutely fed up. I have no service and now t mobile is trying to screw me pretty much to get out of this plan. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need to speak with someone that can actually...
Read moreAwful experience. The person who placed our order was inexperienced and ordered the wrong watch. We caught it a day later but it was too late to change it. We contacted customer service and it was going to be almost two weeks to get the right watch after returning the wrong one. Therefore, we reached out to the store that messed up the order to begin with. We were told that they could get the watch in a different color and we decided to go that route instead. After spending another 45 mins in the store (in which time the manager passed us off to someone else and left) we found out that we could not get the watch because the apple watch was on our account and that didn't leave us with enough credit. So now, after three days off dealing with this store, we are still going to have to wait to weeks to get the right item. I will but use this store to order anything because they were no help. Instead they caused this whole problem because the employee was not properly trained and when she experienced a problem she just told us to leave and she would send the paperwork once she completed it. That visit took an hour and a half to order two watches and upgrade a phone. Save yourself the trouble and go...
