Came in to return these shoes - they were too big despite the reviews recommending to order half a size up. Cashier Moussa seemed confused since I brought in the entire box shoes came in...He didn’t know how to process the return and ignored me when I asked what info he needed. I noticed the return was $63.99 instead $79.99 - I asked Moussa what happened to the $16.00. He called over Josh. Josh asked Moussa why he returned without receipt at which point Moussa said I didn’t have one. Wow. This is where I got loud. This is such a sad excuse for customer service. Wake up. Is it so hard to admit you don’t know how to process the return and call someone who can? Another manager came over, Kyle and told the other two to give me the difference in a gift card. Great customer service, there is almost always someone to help you at the sporting goods section but the actual service provided is horrible. I bought 2 scopes from Dicks and the first one was mounted incorrectly, took it back and they messed it up again, finally had to take it somewhere else. The second scope they messed up again and I did not go back a second time, I just made the drive to cabelas. Final straw was when I had a dozen arrows cut and inserts glued. While a dollar per arrow is not a bad price, either the glue or the process they use to clean the arrow before using the glue is bad because most of the inserts have pulled out of the arrow from target shooting. Came here to get me a new pair of running shoes and ended up finding a really nice pair of hiking boots 🥾. They r the best boots I have ever bought and they r so comfy. I love to clomp around on the school bus with them because I wear em to school. My friends like em and I told them their shoes look like garbage and they need to come here for new shoes. My friend came here and got some cool school shoes and so did my teacher. She gave me too much homework so I put her computer in the 400 pound capacity washer we have ! Definitely recommend coming here for shoes...
