Macy's was amazing, I walked in ... masked up and searching for a familiar face. Lol a lot has changed in over a year of apocalyptic shutdown but Maria called me over and welcomed me back. During the year of viral outbreak most of the staff was dismissed and I was faced with correcting a missize due to dramatic weight loss from my gastric resection because of my stomach cancer. Very bad service. I've tried to shop there several times. The very few sales people were very slow, wandered aimlessly a lot and didn't seem to care about assisting customers. Also, the coating on the frying pans i was looking at had chips in the coating, all six of those on the shelf. Don't know how Macy's stays in business.
