Pandora Jewelry — Local services in Downey

I placed an order online for pick up, For a Mother’s Day gift today 5/10/24 The items that I order were in stock online. I placed the order since 9:30am in the morning. I when to the store to go and check if they had my items ready, since I was around it was 1pm. They told me that I had to wait if I have any questions. The wait time was 50 minutes because there was people waiting to purchase stuff. It was pretty busy. But I was there for an order I place online and I still had to wait. So I when home instead . I was going to wait until tomorrow to pick up the next day in the morning. But I ended up receiving an email around 10pm telling me that my items were canceled because they were not available anymore. 😡😡 it took them the whole day to let me know they don’t have the items in stock. This store really sucks. And they need more employees and better customer service.

I went to Pandora to get a birthday present for my best friend. I seen they did custom engravings on TikTok & that sold me. Soon as I walked in I was greeted my all 3 employees. This was my first time in Pandora & even seeing there merchandise. The Store was beautiful, merchandise was beautiful. I had I really great experience designing my best friend’s custom necklace. Elfego was the gentleman who was helping me, he was very knowledgeable of the products & he was very patient with me. He was friendly and funny, helped me pick out the perfect pieces. My only complaint is the pen they provide for you to draw on the iPad with is crap. I can draw, very well, but the pen was a piece of junk & the tip was very unsteady. I did the best I could with what I had. I did a custom drawing on one side, and then text on the other side. The custom engraved charm & necklace was a little on the pricey side but my best friend loved it. I took so long to review because my bestf keeps up with my reviews so I wanted to wait til afterward I gifted her. All in all...

I’m never buying there again with there cheap ass jewelry got the warranty for them to tell me that I have to wait a year and can’t even fix my bracelet. The guy Who helped me the first time when I got my bracelet Ramses never told me about the one year after policy on the warranty. He told me if anything happens to it. I can come back anytime!!!!
