Whilst on vacation in Orlando Florida l thought I would treat myself and my mum to some treatments,after googling and a little research I found This clinic..Both myself and my 75 year old mum had cheek fillers booked in and also lip enhancers! The staff when on arrival were extremely helpful , we both had our treatments and left happy on Monday 18th September 2023..the following day my mums lips were looking very swollen (I assured her that this was a normal reaction as I’ve had lip fillers many times.. Unfortunately as the days went on my mums bottom lip had 3 to 4 quite prominent hard lumps appear! We waited a few more days and unfortunately got worse so I rang the clinic and they were happy for us to return 3 days after making the call! We both returned to the clinic yesterday Monday 26th September and Dr Jacob didn’t really seem to know why this had happened to my mums lips! He offered to dissolve the lumps which my mum let him very reluctantly and she was in absolute agony! He explained she was very bruised (which I can understand) but no explanation for these horrid lumps which honestly made her lips look deformed!! I then had to have a small Area dissolved due to a blister (superficial allegedly) which thankfully has been rectified. I then asked the clinic for a refund on my elderly mums lips as they didn’t do what we payed for and my mum had to stay in the hotel room for 4 days due to her lips being very unsightly and very sore! I also requested a call from either the manager or owners so I could discuss my complaint further and was told “we can send them a txt” wow just wow I was flabbergasted to tell you the truth.. I really am appalled by this clinics so called aftercare and would never recommend these guys to anyone! Now I have to make another appointment when we get back to the Uk (and pay again) to rectify my elderly mums lips! The biggest part of this unprofessional company is they do not give you any advice or paperwork for the aftercare of any procedures...

I believe Making permanent changes to your body must be done after deep research. I chose Goldfingers after doing a ton of digging. The Dr.s are amazing and the Staff treats you like family. I made the plunge to finally have my scars removed and I am so grateful for the work that I have had done and continue to do. With fillers I never bruise and the swelling is very minimal. When I got my lips done my body broke down the filler that was used so quickly and when I went back the Dr. used a different filler that worked for me and did not charge me for it! They make sure you are Satisfied and will do whatever needs to be done to get you where you want to be. Being comfortable and trusting I'm in good hands and leaving with exactly what I want makes the money well worth it. I have super sensitive skin and everything I have used or that has been used on me has been a dream. I've had fillers and facials and my lips to the exact shape and size I want. Lauren has been working with my scars from acne and she goes above and beyond...microdermabrasion And microneedling have done wonders for me. Lauren sat me down and worked out a certain routine to get me where I want to be with my skin and she makes sure I follow through. I can go on and on about how great Goldfingers is and I can guarantee you will be to satisfied with joining the family! As a newbie to the wide world of aesthetics at 30 years old, my only regret is not making the decision soon enough. I chose Goldfinger's Aesthetics after researching different providers and the importance of finding someone who is skilled, established and also--this is important--board certified. Tiffany and Allison made sure to make me feel comfortable when I made my appointment. During my first visit in mid-December, Allison at the front desk set me up with 2 different Rewards accounts. She could tell I was nervous when I was in their (gorgeous and warmly scented) lobby and chatted with me about what to expect during my consultation and her family which made me feel better about getting needles stuck into my forehead! During my consultation, Shabnam made a map of my face and discussed the possibilities of what I can do with Botox, the amount of units each area would require, where I can apply filler, and what to expect. Still terrified and nervous about the needles, I picked the locations that I wanted to start with. She took "Before" pictures so we could track the future progress. She cleaned the injection sites and was finished in 5 minutes! During my second visit, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and still wasn't ready to commit to fillers.
