Iโve been a loyal customer since their San Jose location and have always ordered the Beef Intestines Hot Pot. After they opened in Dublin, I began picking it up after work from Pleasanton. I completely understand the need for price increases due to inflation, which I have no issue with. However, the gradual reduction in ingredients has become increasingly noticeable with each visit.
The front staff are usually very kind, but during my most recent visit, the woman assisting me was unfriendly and unprofessional. She didnโt greet me, seemed irritated when my VISA gift card didnโt work (which was due to their card reader being blocked), and gave dismissive responses when I inquired about portion sizes. When I mentioned the food seemed smaller, she claimed the container had changed, though I know theyโve been using the same containers for years.
Additionally, theyโve stopped using proper lids and now wrap the food in plastic, which feels like another cost-cutting measure. At $42.99, customers should be receiving consistent quality, not diminishing portions and downgraded packaging.
Itโs disappointing to see a place Iโve supported for so long begin to cut corners while charging more. If management is wondering why loyal customers are falling off, this is a clear example. Iโll likely return to ordering online instead. Unfortunately, the in-person experience is no longer...

If there are some Korean things the nearby 99 Ranch doesn't have Angus would definitely have them. I've had their various pre-made stews and their banchan and I have to admit, it's on par or sometimes better than my own mother's.
If anyone is craving some Korean food to take home, I highly recommend you give this place a try and take home a stew or something else Korean. This is a hidden gem in this area and I hope it gets the attention this...

Sadly the name of the place is misleading. They sell korean side dishes and frozen meals. The refrigerated side dishes were fresh and tasty. Will definitely go back for...
