During the recent 420 sale I was very disappointed that certain Kratom products were not stocked, even after I had asked weeks prior. Kratom is expensive AF. For the consumer ... It felt as if certain brands/potencies were purposely NOT stocked , forcing customers to settle for less popular brands. 75% off is a lot and it seems like they didn't realize that until after it was advertised. As a type 1 diabetic who has been diabetic since 3 years old who has had to be stuck with diet pop for 27 years it really pisses me off when I go into a place and they don't hvae any diet soda options besides diet Pepsi which I've had too many times, plus Downtown Duluth already is a food desert which means walking an extra 8+ blocks to speedway gas station and an additional 6 blocks back home instead of the 3 blocks downhill to your smoke shop. Bought a yocan luxmax here 2 months ago and the top connection twisted right off exposing the wires when trying to swap the cartridge. Went back today and bought a smaller vape battery. Noticed the package and pen had been opened and scratched, i went back 15 minutes after purchase. The clerk said they didn't accept returns so it is basically new.
