Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Duluth

The salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable. Also she mistyped my name on my Amazon prime membership and now every new amazon app calls me the wrong name even after I manually changed it before downloading the others. I tried amazon customer service and they said it was a mistake on Metro´s end and nothing they can do. She typed in the wrong answer for my security question too. It was supposed to be 6 charecters, and I discovered when I went to use it that she typed 9. Now IDK my own security answer. On top of that a guy came in and was swearing and yelling infront of my small children and toddler. No one asked him to leave. Now my toddler´s been saying a bad word he heard there at random. This store is NOT in a good part of town. Trying to get a hold of a real person at metro customer service is also a circus. Maybe they just werent open at the time IDK but calling customer service just brought the mymetro troubleshooting tips up on my screen and then the call would say "follow directions on screen" and hang up.. Ive had metro for a week and so far Im really underwhelmed. Also wondering why my phone isnt W.E.A. capable when the same phone from Tmobile is and metro is owned...

I don't understand. Why is everyone at that location so rude and offstandish?!bad location? Terrible energy. I would love to see undercover boss visit. Switching companies a.s.a.p. Everyone is always mad. Came in to update my service and the gal had to morph into being professional. If you don't like your job. Quit. Have many chances just because I m old school. Me and another gentleman came to the store during business hours and they were closed. Older gentleman who said hes gonna be cut off. Called and they said (west location) that the employee was in the hospital . So you only have 1 employee working? I've been with you for years. Definitely downhill. TMobile. Making you look bad. ...

This is a business that sells cell phones and cell phone accessories, along with phone cards for only Metro by T-mobile, although I do have one or two negativity I once bought a metro t-mobile at Walmart in superior wi I took it to a metro t-mobile store in Duluth I wanted them to activate it but they wouldn't because where I bought it.I still don't understand because the end result is the same the money goes to...
