I was pretty disappointed in this place, especially being the only Thai restaurant in the area. I can't believe that my order came to $57 something and the food being very disappointing. The only good thing I have to say of their delivery time is very prompt and courteous. I ordered the Thai Basil entree in beef, I received a very tiny container that was only a quarter full. This entree star should have been basil but only found 2 small leaves of it. You definitely do not get quality or quantity for this $14 entree. Then there is the summer rolls I ordered in chicken. Are you familiar with that bag of lettuce from the grocery store that is mostly lettuce with a few sprinkles of carrots and cabbage? That is what 90% of my rolls contained with the smallest sliver of chicken. No hint of rice noodles or cilantro as advertised on their menu. This costed me $6 for the two rolls. I ordered a side of rice noodles to go with my entree, $3 isn't bad at all in my opinion but a piece of mysterious garbage in it? Finally I bring into this expensive and disappointing meal was the wine. I was expecting a better bottle of wine for the price I was over charged. Website stated $27 for a bottle but I was charged $29. I come from the west coast, I'm very aquatinted with real and authentic Thai food, this was a sad attempt to be called Thai food.

Terrible food combined with actively bad customer service! So I just had the most remarkablely terrible experience. Ordered Sesame Chicken, Vegetable Pad Thai and Golden Tofu as a take out. Perfectly normal order, nothing special about it. Somehow every bit of it was messed up and terrible. The Golden Tofu tasted quite old and was very soggy for a fried tofu dish. The Vegetable Pad Thai had lots of meat bits in it which made it inedible for the vegetarian it was meant for. Lastly the Sesame Chicken was covered in this gelatinous gunk of a "sauce" that I was spitting out congealed "sauce" every bite. Picture of terrible chicken included, take a good look if you don't believe me. So, food was bad. Called and asked if they'd remake it. They told me 30 minutes, what seems like a very reasonable turn around. Show up 30 minutes later and they asked what I wanted, they hadn't even started to remake it! Decide I'd rather just have a refund but they argue that I ate too much and wouldn't give me any kind of refund. Not sure why it matters how much terrible food I ate, it isn't as though they can give it to someone else. I guess 6 bites is too many before deciding it should be returned. Extremely frustrating experience.

Like others mentioned, the restaurant was empty. I was the only one inside. However, I noticed that they were getting a lot of takeout orders. The place is nothing fancy, so I suppose people just don't care for the ambiance. I tried the appetizer sampler because I wanted to try a few things. I didn't want the shrimp rolls, so they allowed me to substitute them for the wings, which I was happy about. The fried spring rolls were tasty but very skinny. I wish they were larger. The chicken wings were a little bland, but perfectly crispy, and paired well with the sauce provided. I was pleasantly surprised by the curry flavor on the chicken satay. It was very good with the peanut dipping sauce. Now for the star of the show... I had the basil fried rice. It was so flavorful and delicious - it was like a party in my mouth. I asked them to tone down the spice just a little, and it was perfect. It was still spicy but not too much. My only wish was to have a larger portion so I could have leftovers. The waitress was friendly, and my food arrived pretty quickly. If I visit Duluth again, I will definitely return.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE A GROUP/LARGE GROUP!

Whoever the bald guy taking our order is has terrible service. When he initially came to take our order, we weren’t ready and asked for 5 more minutes. 20 minutes passed and he has not return due to running little errands such as bringing hand sanitizer to the restroom, vacuuming the carpet, and doing whatever he was at the back. After a while, my sister and I went up to the front to order since it looked like he forgot about us.

As he was taking our orders, he kept messing up writing the orders so he had to scratch it off and write it below. As a worker, owner or whoever you are, you should already be familiarized with the menu. But no, it seems like this person is not and kept making comments about how it’s better if he takes our order at the table. Well dam sir we brought the menus up for you since you forgot about us. He could’ve just opened it up as I was reading our orders from my phone.

He also kept making comments about how he is running out of space on his order sheet. Idk what he expects from a group of 10 people to order? Like only 3 dishes only? Well obviously if you run out of space, write on the next one then?

Lastly, he said we gotta hurry up because there is a customer behind me. He was the one who kept messing up while I had my list of what we were going to order. That was my last straw for this dude. Told him to cancel our order and we left.

I was not rude or did not raised my voice. I kept my cool but his last comment made me lose my cool. I’m glad my family and I did not eat at this restaurant. Not wanting to believe the BAD / 1 star reviews, I experienced it for myself and DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant!

POOR...
