I was looking for an alternative to smoking and had decided to try vaping. After looking at reviews of other stores, I opted for Midtown since they were near by. I went in, spoke with the sales guy who showed me a handful of mods that would best suit me. He went over the uses, the power, the whole nine yards all the while explaining WHY and WHAT of each item. I decided to go for it and sat down to figure out juice. The only thing I would say that would improve the experience was the option to try juices before the purchase for those of us who are picky on tastes. There is also a fair amount of juice to choose from but, they need more chocolate. Chocolate is needed. Other than that, it was a really good experience, in a clean store that didn't seem like it was meant solely for hippies. No offense to...

Within two weeks I purchased 3 batteries from this location. 2 of them worked great, 1 did not work at all. When I took the broken pen back to the store the employee tested the battery and confirmed that it was defective. The employee then said they were sorry and that there was nothing they could do. At all. Granted, it was only 17 bucks so I'll be ok, but it was the third consecutive pen I bought and would have kept coming back to get more, but Midtown had other plans.. I asked if there was contact info for the manager and the employee could not provide any information on that as well. The store is immaculate with tons of options. I cannot say enough about the associate Ed. I came in with a lighter torch and I explained to him that I never refueled it before. Not only did he fuel it for me, he showed me how to do it. That's the type of service you don't see anymore. He made feel heard and respected. I will definitely being coming back here thanks to his courtesy....
