Normally this location is pretty good. Today there’s a new girl I haven’t seen before. She’s taking customer orders with air pods on. After the rice and meat options were filled it was passed to her to complete the fixings. She asked me what I wanted on the bowl first and I told her hot sauce, two scoops of corn and sour cream. She did one of each. I told her again I wanted extra and she didn't hear me. She proceeded to ask what else. I said cheese and lettuce. She ignored the cheese and dumped the lettuce on top. I asked her again I want one more scoop each of the corn and sour cream. She dumped the sour cream on top of the lettuce and then closed the lid as is she's done with the order regardless of what I wanted. Then the burrito had hot sauce and cheese. She put very little hot sauce and then wrapped the burrito. I ordered large chips and salsa with a side of guac. She gave me a large and then charged me for a large. I then went back and asked for cheese on the side because she missed it and she rolled her eyes and put it in a small cup. This is why headphones should not be allowed when servicing customers. Either she didn't have the intelligent level to understand what two is or she just couldn't hear a thing I'm saying because she's blasting music on those air pods. I then called customer service to complain and initially they asked for a receipt for time stamp and proof. Couldn't provide it because the cashier took it and crumpled it up immediately without even...
Read moreThis fast food establishment is very, VERY, unprofessional, I told the very young worker that I wanted a burrito bowl and she just sucked on her vape that was BLASTING. music. she then blew the smoke in my face and started moving to grab a tortilla, I had to correct her and tell her multiple times that I wanted a bowl, it took me 7 times to tell her before she got it right, I asked for 2 scoops of WHITE rice and she gave me 1 scoop of brown, the complete opposite, I told her I was tired of it and I didn't want the bowl anymore, I asked for her manager but instead of going to get her, she asked for my number! I am also in a wheelchair and this chipotle is NOT wheelchair accessible, I waited outside the door while staring at the same young lady but she would look at me and occasionally point her phone at me, it wasn't until a nice older gentleman helped me inside, and once I said I didn't want the bowl, she said "order something or roll out" I am completely baffled at this. This is very unprofessional and I hope she gets fired, I didn't get her name but she had red hair definitely, I cried all night because of this encounter, I couldn't believe this is still happening to disabled people, they should hire more adults and not...
Read moreI went to this Chipotle two weeks ago at 8:30pm. When I walked inside and approached the counter, the employee was cleaning and continued to clean for a few minutes. Another employee walked by, and still, I wasn't helped. After some time of waiting, I was asked what I would like to order. I wanted a steak bowl. The employee looked at the container of steak and said they didn't have anymore. I looked at the container as well, and yes, there was not much steak left, but the store was still open for another hour and a half. The employee was too lazy to have another batch of steak made. Instead, she was worried about the work she was going to have to do instead of worrying about the customer. I then went with the chicken instead. I asked for another bowl to be made, and the woman employee had an annoyed expression on her face and proceeded to make the second bowl. The remaining employees in the kitchen were saying things, and the situation was so uncomfortable and not at all professional. The customer service at this store is not at all worth any stars, and the employees need to be trained immediately...
