Im not the type of person that leaves bad reviews because we all make mistakes, but its my first time having a bad experience at a WHBM. I went to the store to return two designer jumpsuits, same jumpsuit just different size an associate who was really sweet had everything ready and scanned she was almost done with the processing the transaction, but the manager Adrian or Adriana told her I could only return one because on of the pieces was final sale, keep in mind they're both the same exact item just different size. I asked her if I could exchange it for something else and she said "No" it doesn't make sense to keep something that doesn't fit when they can sale it. Specially being a designer piece. I called customer service, she looked up the item and told me that is not a final sale item. That I can return the item through ups... Managers Shaunte and Sonia were polite but not helpful in my attempt to return an item I purchased at a different location. One of the tags on the item had been removed, not sure how as it was just purchased, clearly not worn and receipt in hand. I called the store of purchase while at that location and the sales associate at the selling store was most helpful and told me to contact customer service for additional assistance. S&S were not helpful at all, I would not recommend this location for any shopping, good customer service or anything. Sharonda, one of the associates who went above and beyond to help me correct a mistake on the distribution center's part. I was sent the wrong shoes entirely and they are now out of stock online and I also bought them at a discounted price! She promised to look for them for me and call me back.
