Im not the type of person that leaves bad reviews because we all make mistakes, but its my first time having a bad experience at a WHBM. I went to the store to return two designer jumpsuits, same jumpsuit just different size an associate who was really sweet had everything ready and scanned she was almost done with the processing the transaction, but the manager Adrian or Adriana told her I could only return one because on of the pieces was final sale, keep in mind they're both the same exact item just different size. I asked her if I could exchange it for something else and she said "No" it doesn't make sense to keep something that doesn't fit when they can sale it. Specially being a designer piece. One of the tags on the item had been removed, not sure how as it was just purchased, clearly not worn and receipt in hand.
