Very disappointed in the customer service yesterday the 28th. Went around 2 and there was a lady at the counter on her phone and didn’t even greet me. I was looking at the earrings to get my daughter’s first ear piercing. She’s 1 year old. I had to call her over and she seemed preoccupied with her phone and as if i was a bother. I was asking if she had sterling silver or medical grade steel because I didn’t want to get gold. She walked away and didnt wait for me to make a decision since I was thinking about it. Wasn’t even a a full 30 seconds and back to her phone. Deceitful advertising. I went to piercing pagoda because their website advertised 30% off a piece of jewelry with ear piercing. So one would naturally assume earrings were included right? ESPECIALLY Since you have to get your ears pierced to get the discount. Well earrings were NOT included. Apparently piercing pagoda does not consider earrings jewelry
