NEGATIVE 5 stars - This place will rob you while wearing a smile. A Verizon store operated by an affiliate WirelessZone.
Got phone upgraded and lost a ton of files from original phone that was “transferred” by sales rep to new phone.
At no point are fees disclosed upfront before service and was even told charger, case, and screen protector accessories were "free". Was told to only select from a column of cases. After paying, no receipt came in an email so none of this was discovered until first bill came in the mail.
Charged for a “ready go package" $49.99 which is literally them transferring data from one phone to another which anyone can do with a click of a button.
They won’t backup before transfer and will delete content on old phone the moment you leave so if anything is missing that’s your problem.
Charged for “free” accessories like a Mophie speed ports $24.99, cellhelmet tempered glass $49.99, otterbox case $64.95.
Store and Regional management have yet to respond to make it right, 40 days in.
I wish I had ordered my phone instead from Verizon directly not these affiliated storefronts that are sloppy to say the least. Backup your own phone and transfer your own data as a new phone will instruct you with easy step by step.

We looked at my account and i was told that i can receive an upgrade but I had to pay close to $200 . So I told the man that I will wait on the upgrade on my phone and that I will be back. This month I noticed $130 dollars was added on to my account and it also showed a line was opened and also another phone was taken out. I was shocked cause I know that I didnt get any phone that day. So I called customer service they removed the line but im stuck with the payment this month and then next month it will be at my regular bill. I suggest if anyone goes to Verizon at American Dream and check up on your account keep an eye on your bill. My mom and I have had issues with Verizon in the past, but decided today to upgrade both our phones. The sales associate named Daniel Rodriguez worked with us for about two hours, explaining every detail of our upgrade, the promotions offered, and what we would need to do with our old phones. He even saw that there were some mistakes in our account that he personally fixed himself. We were both so impressed by his knowledge and patients with us. He completely changed my opinion about Verizon, and if we ever need any help with our phone or internet service from now on, we are definitely going to this location and looking for him.
