Went to this store to purchase a jacket. Was greeted by very friendly employees who were very helpful in helping me pick and get the right jacket for me. I bought the jacket and took it home after a couple days later I started having problems with the jacket where when I would zip the jacket all the way up the zipper would get stuck on the inside fabric to where I couldn’t get the zipper to go back down so my only option was to unzip from the bottom and take my arms out and then take the jacket off over my head. Took the jacket back to the store recently where they brought the same jacket i purchased out from the stockroom I tried on that one and had the same problem with the zipper. If someone is spending that much money on a coat it not only should not have problems like that but if they order a new one it should come the way they want. So in the long run I ended up returning the jacket I originally purchased and then we started looking for a new jacket that would come with the fur because originally that’s what I wanted but to my surprise the employees told me Canada goose is no longer making their jackets with the fur by the hood. The staff at this location demonstrated an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and unfriendly behavior that made the entire shopping experience incredibly frustrating. Their lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills is enough to make any customer lose their patience.
What makes this even more infuriating is the fact that I spent thousands on clothing, expecting at least a decent level of service to match the significant investment I made. Instead, I encountered the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
