2024 April Only 3 negatives. Paper bags are weak, easily break/leak and have no handles. Bring back plastic bags since they are cheaper, much stronger and waterproof. 2.bring back the pineapple pies. They are more delicious than the peach mango pies and way more delicious than the ube pies. Always super long line wait. The demand for Jollibee at this mall is insane, so it is time to open a jumbo sized Jollibee location here with double the cashier's, double the cook staff, and quadruple the waiting area. Would be nice to include jolibee seating as well since this mall is insanely huge and most of it is still empty, unoccupied space. Another option would be to open a second Jollibee here.
The food is super yummy and employees are very friendly. Wait times as mentioned above are very long due to the limited space for cashiers, customers and cook staff.
2020 review Great Jollibee location! Plenty of seating. Friendly employees. All your favorite joy foods. Inside one of the largest malls in America. Good prices. Fast service! Plastic straws and plastic bags! Yes, i am one of the people that believe straws should be plastic or plant based plastic and not paper, so thank you for keeping the straws plastic instead of soggy paper! The plastic bags are super convienient! Any spills of sauces, juices, or drinks will be safely contained in plastic bags or plant based plastic bags! Much much better than leaky and weak paper bags. So a huge thank you to Jollibee for keeping both! And the bags here are FREE unlike the price gouging Jersey City location that actually charges the customers for a bag!?!
Pros: Yummy food Super fast service Friendly employees Tons of tables Great cellphone reception on tmobile Great food selection Great drink selection Super yummy pineapple juice Good fries Great fried chicken Yummy peach pies Clean Tons of parking Real plastic straws Real plastic bags
Cons: Parking is not free (mall problem) Foodcourt is hard to find(mall problem, not enough signage, broken touchscreen mall...

November 2022 update. They're still busy and do a good job with the crowds
I'm going to give five stars mainly for one reason. I've noticed at least half a dozen reviews on here giving one star because they weren't open at the time. That's not a fair assessment of the store. Now on to the details of my review. This is one of the Jollibees that actually carries burgers as well as chicken, it's not all Jollibees carry both. I got the chicken sandwich combo, which, while fairly juicy inside was a bit crunchy on the outside. This combo also came with a drink from the soda fountain and a fries. The fries to me were a bit dry, while the soda was definitely under carbonated. Something that's so many restaurants do not get right. I was suggest ing up the carbonation on your soda dispensers immediately. Because with the level they are at now the soda tastes a bit flat. We also purchased a kids meal just to get the really awesome toy which shows the Jollibee driving a jeetney. Other toys connect to this one to make it one long jeetney. We also purchased a peach and mango pie as well as....... Sitting in the restaurant is kind of limited. There is seating inside as well as outside in the general court. We also got two spaghetti meals which One person light, while the other person direct from the Philippines thought it tasted different than original locations. Overall this is an excellent addition to the food court upstairs. The coffee shop is located directly across, but not yet open. And there is a ramen shop to the right of Jollibee and a King Kong Asian restaurant across to the left.

Read moreMy first time trying Jollibee ever! All thanks to National Fried Chicken Day and a 10 pc for $10 deal from Jollibee. I was a little iffy about this location at first since it only had three stars but reading them now, it seems like the long waits are because people ordered in person. We ordered ahead on the app on a Sunday at around 1 and had no issues. We did have to wait maybe 5 minutes for our order, but it wasn't too bad.
We had the spicy 10 pc. It had a great flavor and was still hot and crispy - even with a half hour drive home! But it was a bit too salty. I would say it's definitely saltier than KFC/Popeye's (although I haven't had those in years). We also ordered extra gravy, not knowing it already came with gravy and ended up with 3 big cups of it. I know it's so bad for you but it was so good. Next up, we had the Jolly Spaghetti. I feel like this is either something you hate or your love. I'd never tried any version of it before but I knew it would be sweet. I actually really liked it, but I also enjoy banana ketchup, which is what it reminded me of. I didn't love the smokiness of the hot dogs but I would still 100% order this again. Then, we heard great things about the peach mango pie so we had to get that too. The crust was great, but the filling was meh. It's just overly sweet artificial peach goop. I don't recall tasting any mango.
Overall, I had a great first-time Jollibee experience. Next time, I'll try the halo halo (they didn't have it at this location) and the chicken sammie.
Sunday at 1 order ahead,...
