I didn’t want to give 1 start to the store cuz it’s my favorite chocolate store. But today I’ll. Today (07/27/22 during afternoon) I went to the store with my father and my 2 year old boy to buy chocolate, there was a Young blonde female employee. I cannot express how rude she was. She had a miserable face when we walked in. Also, we had this kind feeling that we were bothering her, she started getting annoying when I was picking out chocolate maybe cuz I have a strong accent, I’m sorry It’s hard to fix my accent.

So when We were picking out truffles from a glass case My son was touching the glass with his new car that we got from the mall . So when he touched the glass for the fist time I discipline him Right away NOT to do it , so when he touched the glass with his car for the second time this rude and miserable lady yelled at my son very unprofessional. For information my 2 year old boy he is a great and sweet little boy , he didn’t try to be rude, he was just excited to play with his new car. Also, He is only 2 year old and still learning…There are not reason for her to treated us and my little boy so disrespectful. I have been to The store many many times and never had any problems or concerns. I was extremely disappointed today that I left the store end up not getting any chocolate because I couldn’t stand the employee attitude and unfriendly. I came here to try some chocolate, which was great. My friend and I wanted to try a specific one, and the young lady gave us two small pieces for the adults. Our children also wanted to try some, and she said yes, but then walked away to help another customer which was fine. The children decided what they wanted, but when we asked the other lady, she said she had already given us a piece. I explained that those were for the adults and that her coworker had said the kids could choose which one they wanted to try. She was completely rude about it she broke off a piece for my daughter, rolled her eyes, and acted as if it was a problem. She definitely needs to work on how she treats customers. I was going to purchase chocolate, but that experience made me decide not to.
