Terrible experience. I have been shopping at this location since they opened up but I have had more negative than positive experiences. My most recent experiences in the past 2 weeks have been the worst.
First, this store explicitly does not do in store pick ups. Even though it is listed in the app and website as an option for in store pick ups, this store does not do them. I have asked employees at the store and they say they do not do them even though the website says they do. If that is the case then it should be removed from the website. I tried to do an in store pickup last week but they cancelled my order within 30 minutes of me placing it. This is beyond inconvenience, it is misleading the customer.
Second, I came in probably 3 minutes after the store opened on a Saturday. I asked for some shoes and it took them over 10 minutes to get it. If it was later in the day and completely busy then I would understand. But there is no reason a customer should be waiting more than 5 minutes for a shoe right at the start of the day when there are only a handful of customers in the store. To top it off, they didnāt even have my size which is strange because the store had just opened and the shoe I was looking for had just came out the same day. So either their shipment did not include a size 12, they had a 13 and an 11, or they put aside that size 12 for an associate. I was interested in a pair of UGG sneakers, with only the display shoe available in my size. Multiple employees gave conflicting information: one promised to retrieve a pair but never followed up and swiftly blamed employees on the other end of walkie talkie; another confidently said it was out of stock after 20 minutes of searching; a third claimed it was in stock but couldnāt locate it. To make matters worse, I was forced to walk barefoot as the third employee insisted on confiscating the display shoe I was trying on.
Adding insult to injury, I was subtly accused of not intending to buy the UGGs due to their price, despite actively trying to complete the purchase. Only after wasting over an hour was I told I could order the shoes onlineāan option that should have been mentioned immediately.
The level of incompetence and confrontation I encountered was unacceptable. Especially for the third employee who was on this power trip of enforcing the nonexistent no-try-on policy for display models. The question has to be asked, is he mentally distressed? I think the answer is a clear yes. As a professional therapist, Iād be happy to offer pro bono counseling to help the staff navigate his mental challenges and develop basic emotional intelligence.

Second I used my account and was told I would get an email with the receipt. Hmmm so today I check because the sneakers are a Christmas gift and would need a receipt or gift receipt just in case the person needs to return. So I call the store for a straight hour and no answer it is now 7:50 pm as I write this review because no one even bothers to answer the phone in that store with many cashiers that they have with phones right next to them. Now I have worked in retail industry for years and know for a fact that phones must be answered by someone any one even if they put you on hold while you can get to the call but that was not the case for the whole hour I tired calling.
