I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. What’s sad is that another wonderful and reputable appliance company recommended this company as we needed our oven repaired ASAP and they were not able to get us in prior to an event we were hosting. My first appointment which was scheduled, I took a half day off from work and rearranged daycare pickup to be at our house for the window they gave us. 10 minutes prior to our window ending I called and asked if anyone was coming and was told no one was assigned to the job. No apologies were given for the inconvenience and I was then hung up on. I called back and was told someone rescheduled my appointment- which I hadn’t even had the chance. The rep I spoke with promised this wouldn’t happen again and guaranteed someone would be at our house at which at which point, I took another half day off from work. Prior to our window closing again, I called the office to verify someone was coming and got hung up on three times before being told no one was coming. I was told they would try and release the $60 hold on my account which I told I refused to pay as no one ever showed up. I had better get my money back and hope that this company finds better customer service reps/technicians. The lack of communication and empathy for missing a full day of work. Having worked in customer service for 18 years I am absolutely shocked at this and will never return my business....

Read moreWe bought a Bosch dishwasher not even a year ago. I immediately had them come out, because it was not drying the dishes or silverware! I had 3 service calls before the man said, “these dishwashers do not have drying fans!!!” Really? I called the company EP Appliance and spoke to “Randy”. I told him we do not want this; NOBODY told us this!” He said he would charge me a restocking fee!! And, he was rude! I just wanted a different dishwasher, not my money back! It took me this long to write!! We hate it more and more! “Don’t put plastic in there”, yet the silverware holder is plastic, and they don’t dry!!! For so many reasons, I want nothing to do with EP Appliance or Randy, or Bosch ANYTHING! This dishwasher not only does not dry, but the racks are laid out stupid, and dishes don’t sit properly inside!!! We are very unhappy, and will never ever use them again!!!
