I’ve seen Susan twice now since a friend referred me. She has been phenomenal both times. I’m a brunette with very fine, straight hair. I have had a balayage/cut as well as a toner/cut. Both times she has done exactly what I wanted. A plus? She’s a genuinely lovely person with a very kind soul. My time in the chair is comforting and enjoyable, far from the anxiety provoking past experiences I’ve had in different salons. I've been seeing Susan for my hair for a couple of years. She is always friendly and very attentive to what style you are looking for. I have also had some trouble in the past with being simultaneously booked with other services while taking forever to do my hair, but with Susan, you feel like your hair is a priority. Excellent haircut from Jessica. She's been cutting my fiance's hair for a while and it's always looked good so I finally made the switch myself. I have very fine hair and have a hard time finding people who can cut it nicely, but Jessica rocked it. Love the new cut!
