I had a terrible experience at the Tempur-Pedic store. I originally purchased a mattress and a mattress protector but ended up finding a much better deal at Mattress Firm with better customer service. When I went to cancel my order within 30 minutes, the salesperson, Aladdin made me return the mattress protector in order to process the cancellationâwhich I did immediately.
However, after canceling, I noticed a $200 charge on my financing account. At no point during the purchase or cancellation process was I told about any fees. This fee was never disclosed, which feels deceptive.
On top of that, the sales tactics here were incredibly pushy. The salesperson kept trying to upsell me on an adjustable baseâsomething I repeatedly said I did not want. Instead of listening to my needs, they kept insisting I buy more just to âsave money,â which didnât actually benefit me. Beyond the charge, I also had a frustrating experience in the store. I came in specifically because I was interested in the $300 free accessories promotion, and I wanted to explore options like pillows and comforters. However, when I asked the associate about the Tempur-Pedic comforter, he told me he didn't know anything about it and didn't offer to find out more. I was also trying to get information on pillows, but I had to look everything up myself online after I left. At Mattress Firm, the associate was very knowledgeable and actually helped me compare options, which gave me more confidence in my purchase. It all felt like a lie because when I added the Tempur-Pedic bed to my cart on their website it allowed me to use the promotion without buying a $900 base.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend shopping here unless youâre okay with aggressive sales tactics and hidden fees. The company replied to this review with a general number to the store that I have been dealing with, which actually was of no help to me. The last thing I would like to mention is that I was contacted by the employee himself begging me to take this review down. It has to be one of the toughest decisions and purchases, because really, you need to sleep on the bed to understand if it's the best fit-in our case, for both sleepers. Recently, I've been furnishing a second home, and knew what I wanted in terms of furniture. I found a king bedroom set on Facebook Marketplace that had been used in a guest room only. The furniture was pristine, and it was a steal for the pieces I purchased. As an added bonus, it came with a top of the line Tempurpedic mattress. Finally! Our chance to try one out, and not really worry about returning it after 100 days. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Now I was armed with confirmation that yes, this was the best bed for us. I didn't want to invest in a Tempurpedic unless I knew for sure we wouldn't be returning it. It's all well and good for matturess manufacturers to say that you can return it after 100 days, but it doesn't change the fact that if you do, you still need a mattress! And? You probably had the delivery people of the new mattress take your old one away after setting up the new one. One weekend on our Tempurpedic was all the proof I needed. Neither of us moved all night. We woke up refreshed, with no back pain and determined that it was time to invest in a Tempurpedic for our primary bedroom. I left a message for the Edina Tempurpedic store. I'd dealt with second party mattress retailers in the past, and found them more confusing and they looked at me like I was nuts when I said we had a California King bedframe. After leaving a voicemail, Aladdin from the Edina store called me. I told him exactly what I wanted, asked a few questions and within minutes, I had a delivery scheduled for my new Tempurpedic. Now that is service! No haggling, no upselling, I got what I wanted and I got it with a promise of delivery in 7-14 days. If you're going to invest in this mattress, I recommend going right to the source. Aladdin was fantastic to deal with, and I'm thrilled he picked up the phone and arranged everything without me taking hours out of my schedule to get this...

We purchased two Tempur-Pedic beds from the Edina, MN store a year ago, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we've ever made! One bed was for my 92-year-old father-in-law, and the other for us, and both have transformed our sleep experience in incredible ways.
My father-in-law hasn't slept this well in years! He constantly praises the comfort and support of his Tempur-Pedic, saying it has significantly improved his overall well-being. It's heartwarming to see him so well-rested and happy.
As for us, the electric inclination feature has been a game-changer. With my acid reflux and my husband's snoring, we were desperate for a solution. The adjustable settings allow us to find the perfect position for a restful night, and we can finally sleep soundly without disturbances.
The service we received at the Edina store was outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right beds for our needs. They made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
