I went in this morning to return a ring I purchased for a friend of mines bday present. Turns out she got the same one from someone else… well this morning I tried returning it and forgot my wallet and needed cash and when I told her I would like to return it she completely was rude and made me feel uncomfortable she asked if I wanted to exchange it and of course I said no because I rather not spend that money on a ring and she made me so upset and uncomfortable and said ok the money will go back in the card ending in… and I know because I have returned there before if you pay with a visa you can ask for cash back but she was such a so mean about it and just didn’t want to return it and told me no I can’t give it to you in cash back it’s either I put it back in card or store credit… I was not going to argue but not I’m planning to returning the other jewelry I bought and be done with this company… it’s sad CA is expensive I was really needing cash and now I have to wait 7 days… and her name...

I always have bad experience at that place. Today I went to exchange a bracelet, the lady who helped me was rude and she yelled at me then I asked her to get me someone else to help me and she said that there's nobody else to help you because everyone is helping a costumer, I told her that I will wait. I waited till another sales assistant is available, I was willing to buy stuff but after what happened I changed my mind and left shortly. I would rather drive to a farther place than being treated...

I will never revisit this location. The moment the girl found out we were exchanging as opposed to purchasing, her demeanor changed and she was become very unpleasant. Had she been more friendly, we may have added a few more charms while we were there; instead, I’ve already inquired about where the next closest location is so that I never have to come here again.
