The workers were very kind to us. When I paid, he gave me a free water. When I asked for a medium, he gave me a large, and he spoke in a very gentle manner. The lady that took my order would point towards the menu to make sure that I knew what I was ordering.

The place seemed very orgainized, and the counters were spotless.

As for the food, it was high quality and delicious. We ordered the Udon, Caterpillar Roll, and the Green Dragon Roll.

The crab in both rolls was creamy and soft on the inside and out. Along with that, The udon was rich with flavor along with garnish. The noodles were bouncy and gummy, and the broth would have a rich, deep, brown color that made it feel like I couldn't leave my table without finishing.

Overall, I would come here again, being one of my first food options at this mall.

Bought my fiance lunch here today. She said it was horrible and that the spam misubi was cold as ice when she got it and that the spam tasted off brand and the rice was under seasoned. The supposed “spicy ramen” had no spice to it and was bland. And was made with what appeared to be instant ramen noodles. Asked if wanted egg in it and who’s gonna say no to egg in there ramen. Expecting a hard boiled egg like any traditional ramen noodles an egg that was cracked raw into it and then stirred into it like egg drop soup and also who the hell put carrots in someone’s ramen??!!!. Over all this experience was terrible and a waste of 24$ and will never be purchasing anything from this...

We were looking for fast food and stumbled upon a Japanese restaurant, not realizing it was inside Parkway Mall! Luckily, we had parked near the food court. We ordered the Bento Chicken Teriyaki ($12.99), Bento Katsu ($13.99), Ramen ($9.49), Crunch Roll ($9.25), and water ($2.25). The food was tasty and the portions were huge, which was great. The only issue was the chicken teriyaki, it was a bit dry and could have used more sauce. She asked me if I want to pour the sauce but I said on the side, just to be safe, since my mom has a lot of allergies. The servers were really friendly and easy to talk to, and they even gave me free...
