Max's Hardware Inc — Local services in El Monte

This is the worst store I've ever seen if I was Ace Hardware I would definitely take my name away from this company they don't have any knowledge of what they sell I called them and even verified and when I got there they told me they did not do what they said over the phone they would and then try to deny that even answered the phone until I called their phone number and it rang to them I would not go here again for nothing. And if you're wondering if I'm upset I am cuz I was on a time schedule and I missed the closing of another location that could have done what I asked them to if I was the manager of the store I would definitely Spire the two people that were there today one was a female and one was a guy who answered the phone he is definitely the one who has no knowledge of that store or...

Horrible service. I called cause they were closer than Home Depot. 1st lady that picked up didn’t know what they had in stocked. 2nd guy had terrible English to understand and in Spanish he could hardly describe or explain the item I was looking for and stumbled on his words ALSO put me on hold FOR another call. 3rd another guy picked up, when I asked for the name again of the item, HE TOLD me that they didn’t have and then I asked him another questions and the line was quiet for a moment than hunged up. I called again and asked why, he lied and said that I said I’m done. I know it clearly did not sound no way or shape the words done. I was asking a question what other items they sold there....
