I bought some HEELS a few days ago at dillards in the shoe department, when I arrived home I tried them on in my living room to walk in them since the floor at dillards is carpet not actual floor and I wanted to see how comfortable they would really be.. I do this with all my heels since realistically speaking places i’d go out to would not have carpet floors..They were flimsy so I decided it be best to return them if I was having second thoughts and wasn’t fulfilled with my purchase specially because they were pricey… I went in and I am not greeted I had to ask one of them to help me as I was standing in the register and when one of the lady’s approached me and opened the box she goes “you used them” and I continue to explain “no ,I did try them on at home though” and she says “you used them..” as she cut me off and she did not believe me so she went to ask her manager to see if they were ok to be returned ig they told her yes i asked her if she needed my card and she said “yes “so i waited for her to tell me when to insert it and she walks away.. she does something on her computer without saying anything nor giving me a receipt nothing.. she asks if i need anything else i told her if she needed my card and she says no… even though she had said yes..just felt disrespected personally I think using something and returning it is the most ghetto...
Read moreMy family went over today to your location at Cielo Vista. My son just turned 18, he is a teenager, dresses like one. He wanted to purchase a dress shirt and some pants. The tacky sales rep (tight ugly multi colored suit) suggested my family go to H & M, after my son didn't like what the sales rep showed them. Instead of asking questions or attempting to offer other products he sent my family to a store that we have never shopped at. Needless to say, that is why brick and mortar stores are struggling ... poor customer service. Shame on you Dillard's, my family has shopped your stores for decades! You need to provide a customer service etiquette class.I will never step in your department store again, at one time your peronnel knew what customer service meant, now they have no idea, shame on you Dillard's.
ervice he got from your sales personnel. Was just horrible. Your sales personnel recommended for him to go to HM what ever that is. I wish they would have gotten his name. I have always told my kids " don't ever judge a book by it's cover you never know how much there worth or who they are . You need to have all your personal take a class in...
Read moreI buy a lot of my fragrances at Dillard’s (men) because of their wide selection, but the customer service makes me not want to buy there anymore. their perfume sellers very pushy and lack knowledge. Today, my gf and I went to try the Parfums de Marly fragrances. I went with the idea of buying whichever one I liked the most. As I started trying them, an employee approached us and told us to let her know if we needed help. She then stood right next to me as I tried the different PDM fragrances. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable because I felt like she was just waiting for me to leave. She stood right next to me for the five to ten minutes that I was there, without talking, just looking at me trying the different fragrances. When she finally spoke, it was just to try to register me their credit card. I said no and she stayed there for another few minutes until I decided to leave because I was extremely uncomfortable. I later bought the fragrance...
