Let me start by saying that Bella's was the seventh bridal store I've visited, and none of the previous six stores I had been to were particularly positive, so I was feeling quite hopeless and downtrodden regarding finding what I was looking for. Bella's saved me!!! I had ordered a bridesmaid dress through another salon who ordered the wrong style dress that came in two weeks before the wedding and the offered no help with horrible customer service. I called Bella's that day, they offered to look up what dresses were available by the manufacturer and I was able to order a new dress that day and my dress was in the next week and alterations were offered at a fair price. I love this place. The ladies are always so nice and friendly and are always willing to help out. I got my 15 dress here and now my sister ordered her wedding dress from here too. The ladies always try to find what is best for you and give you advice and tips. They always make sure the customer is happy so their service is outstanding.
