Took my two daughters to get their ears pierced and it took over an hr. When we got there, it was one person shopping and only one employee. Yes some would say, they were in there first or the employee had multiple customers and could only deal with one at a time. Thing is, they were still shopping when one of my daughters sat in the chair as the employee was about to pierce her ear. She had to stop to go check the person out. When she was doing that, other customers came in. When she was doing her ears, she had to stop again to go check other customers out. This happened multiple times and with my other daughter as well. Eventually we did finally get that done and at that time, another employee was available to check us out. On another note, my oldest daughter had to take one of her earrings out that next weekend because her ear was swollen because the back of the earring was put on too tight. With that being said, her hole closed up. Before it is asked, yes she was cleaning her ears as noted to do so. The employee that did them, my nose may not be like a bloodhound but it did smell alcohol on the employee's body. I mean she was attentive on the things she were doing but, she did make a mistake and put the wrong earrings in my youngest daughter's ears. We always go to this store to get piercings besides that one time when we went to the one in columbiana centre. Need to have more employees scheduled because one will not be able to do the register and ears...

Went in yesterday afternoon to buy yet another sterling silver nose piercing because I have previously bought 2 before and the jewel fell off. I told the worker what happened and she suggested I buy the steel nose studs but all they had were sized 20 mm when I wear a 22. She told me that their piercing sizes were inaccurate and told me that the 20mm would fit. So I bought they and they costed around $20. I tried one stud on and it wouldn't even fit in the hole....I went to Claires the next day and they said they don't take back body jewelry and I understood that but then I explained that the two previous studs I bought broke and they even had one in the case where the stud was broken off and I showed her. She then said she would exchange the piercings but they didn't have any 22mm piercings in the case that I could exchange it for. Therefore, their workers are obviously just trying to take your money and not actually help...

Went into the store with an issue of replacing an earring after having to take it out the day before for a scan; was asked for a receipt of payment after informing her that I got the piercing a year prior and a paper receipt would be almost impossible to find and it was not emailed to me. With all the information that was taken when I got the piercing, name, address, ph#, email address, etc., how is it not possible to take a second to look a customer up? I only got "uhhh...errr...ahhhh". Since I got no definite answers in the store or over the phone, I contacted customer via email and left messages; STILL NO RESPONSE.
