This place is messed up. Worst store and worst employees I have ever seen. very unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend any one come here ever. The staff is incompetent and have no sense of anything that is going on. I went here on December 11th at 1:40 pm EST and went to go pick up a pair of shoes I won in a raffle. When I got there it turns out that they sold my shoes to someone else and I was left empty handed. The staff are corrupt and should be looked at from the higher ups because they are definitely backdooring pairs. Why else would my reserved pair be gone before 2pm est. when that is the deadline to pick up my pair of shoes. They are selling pairs through the back door. Corrupt. This place is a joke with a bunch of clowns...

This place is a joke. Tried selling me a pair with a gaping hole in the box. I kindly asked for a different one. Manager told me “we don’t have any more.” This woman lied right to my face. That’s a funny one, running out of a size 11 coincidentally when I ask for a replacement. To the manager that lied right to my face, please find a new career path because lying will not get you far in life. Avoid this store...

Worst experience ever!!! This is the rudest, most disrespectful, lazy group of employees I’ve ever encountered!
