I love Karl Lagerfeld brand, but this store, customer service is ZERO.

Walking in, not a single Hello or smile from employees here.

Always looks unorganized, with boxes around and stuff.

Out of 5 employees half don't speak English.

No one asks you if you need any help.

When I was doing a return, the cashier looked beyond miserable. Either she hates people, or her job, or BOTH.

She also proceeded to toss my receipt in the garbage after the return when I still have other items on it.

She also had no clue when I asked her which button to press for Credit, cuz I know each store the machine is different. She actually didn't even know the difference between credit or debit transaction either. Yikes

After I was rung up, not even a thank you for coming to the store.

For a store that sells $100 jeans and $50 tops, yes, a "Welcome to the store", "Thank you for visiting" and "How may I help you?" would be ideal.

Maybe employees don't get paid much here why the miserable attitudes,...

Got my purse with beads missing! I ordered from online and posted my review twice and to my surprise it’s been weeks and the review is still not posted! I ordered online the farine satchel bag and when it arrived it was missing beads in the front. I had to pay $6 to return and I did get my refund but no reply back from customer service online! I had to call and explain the defect it had just so I can get my $6 back! The bag came in just a bag no box or anything to protect it from damage! So be aware when ordering bags online! That will be my first and last time ordering from them since they don’t care to wrap the product...

My favorite store with wonderful selection 😍 BUT !!!! The rudest staff I ever seen . All 3 representatives were on there phones and couldn’t answer any of my questions .
