Where is the organic produce? Niles carries it but Elkhart doesn't? come on Martin's or whatever you're called now when you've been bought by another company... I won't be back if you don't care to people that want to eat well and healthy.
REPLY to Martin's comment: Produce, as far as I know, is in the same area. There was ZERO signs that the Jackson street store even sells Organic produce. I don't NEED to ask anyone where the Organic produce is if the store employee does their job, do I? It would be with the other produce in a section on it's own . . . like the Niles store has.
This type of response is a Corporate attempt to make readers think it was the shoppers fault they did not find what they were looking for. Just say that this store does not offer Organic produce because it is a mixed race part of Elkhart. Well, even darker toned skin wants healthy foods and not the GMO poison from Monsanto/Bayer. I won't be going back to the store so you can save your money on building the "new"...
Read moreThe Martin's and Paw Mart on Jackson Blvd in Elkhart is always terrible at peak times (such as right after work between about 5 and 7). As for the Paw Mart (at the same location), save yourself the trouble and headache and go somewhere else for your pet needs, especially for cats. Not stocked well at all as far as food. I have ordered pallets of wet cat food at least three times now, and the order is never there when they say it will be, and they never call me to let me know when it DOES come in (as they say they will do at the time you place your order). Would not EVER recommend the Jackson...
Read moreThe store is nice and meat department is good when and if they are open. In the past 6 days i have stopped 3 times only to see a sign that says it’s temporary closed. I am done stopping on Jackson street it’s closed more than it’s open.
Updated 12/7/2023 As Martins requested I sent an email to the email they provided the following day. That has been over a month ago and I still have never received a reply. I guess the meat department must be the one that returns the emails when they have extra time. I drive on out to Martins on Co Rd 4 where they actually take care of the customers or stop at Meijer on my way. Its really a shame Jackson a...
